GUIDELINES

Reservations: Must be confirmed by a deposit within one week by check or cash

Deposit for the first night rental is required to confirm a reservation.

Full Payment is required upon arrival by cash or personal check.

Cancellation: Full deposit is returned with 10 days notice, or if we fill the room.

Check In: The preferred time to check in is 4PM - 9PM, but we try to be flexible.
You must let us know an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to ensure our being home to greet you.

Check Out: by 11AM

Smoking: Please, not in the buildings.

Pets: No! We have a dog and two cats.

Children who fit into the B & B atmosphere are welcome.

Diet: With prior notice, we try to accommodate special diets.
